Got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk technical support. They told me their legal team said my internet might be disconnected for a few days because apparently someone is messing with my account. When I asked for her name, she got all defensive and asked why I needed it. I pointed out she hadn’t even asked mine. She then stuttered that her name was Nancy, but quickly hung up after that. Honestly, don’t answer or follow their instructions. Definitely report this to TalkTalk.
