i work in IT and can tell you this is definitely a scam, they try to get into your computer through the internet. watch out for it!

Be careful with calls from 01132454389, I ended up losing £3000 after talking to them. These people are tricky, they mess with your mind and somehow get into your computer remotely. Never answer or reply to numbers like 016135409340134789924001307716334, its just a scam waiting to happen!

Got a robo call telling me my internet was gonna be disconnected because of 'illegal activity' from hackers using my line. Tried to speak to someone by pressing 1 and then the call just stopped. Shortly after, this number 01424870318 rang me back. They basically try to freak you out saying your line's been hacked and try to get remote access to your PC. Stay clear, it’s a scam for sure.
