I received a voicemail from a place called "Connect Business Solutions," claiming they have some direct arrangement with Openreach. No clue what that entails - perhaps they’re just providing a standard BT line? I run a small business and list my number with Thomson and Yell, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they’d acquired my details from there. Seems like just another case of legitimate cold calling, I suppose.

Just received a call from a telemarketer promoting some attractive offers on internet calls and broadband services.

What a bunch of dodgy scammers! I received a call from a place claiming to be Denuo Data Response, but after doing my homework, it appears they’re a total sham. There's a Denuo Data company, but it seems like these guys are just using their name as cover. To top it off, their supposed office is merely an accountants’ firm. I've gone ahead and flagged them to the authorities.
