I've been getting calls from +44 113 2150645 on my mobile quite a few times over the last month. Every time I missed them, there was never a voicemail or message left. On 25/07/24, I finally got fed up and tried calling back from my landline but prefixed the number with "141" to keep my number private. Instead of ringing, I got that old disconnected tone straight away. So it's clear they don't pick up calls from withheld numbers. Looking it up online, it seems this number was linked to a Halifax scam way back in 2016 with caller ID blocked too. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
