11 yearsGot a call from someone with an Asian accent saying he was from TalkTalk. He knew my full name, address, and even some details about my TalkTalk account. He claimed there was a fault with my router and asked for my router settings so he could ‘fix’ it. The call actually jolted me awake and I wasn’t ready for it, so I told him to ring me later. They hung up on me, but just before disconnecting, I heard some sort of weird, high-pitched screeching noise from someone else in the background.
