Got a call from 0110 136 3860 on 2nd September 2020. I was a bit iffy about the number so I let it go to voicemail. No message was left.

Got a call earlier today with a pre-recorded message telling me my internet was about to be cut off. They clearly had no clue who my provider is, else they'd have mentioned it by name!

Got a call from 0110 594 6812, a lady with an Asian accent saying she was from SKY and my internet was about to be disconnected. I told her it wasn’t true and just hung up. Checked with SKY myself and they said they hadn’t made any calls like that, so for sure it was a scam. The person said I was the second to report a call like that today. Lesson learned: don’t reply to these calls, always contact the company straight away.

0110 695 3964 rang my mother-in-law's mobile today at around 14:03. She's in a care home now so she couldn’t pick up, but honestly, we reckon it’s just another scam call as no one really contacts her anymore.

Got a call from 01101008769 sayin my account got charged by western union press 1, 2 or 3 for options. It was a female voice but sounded automated.

01108409826 called me with an automated message sayin "your internet will stop in 4 hours, press 1 to talk to your provider". Sounded like a scam to me.

01110298980 - Got a robo call with a woman speaking with an Asian accent saying something about charges of £59 and £4,000 taken from my credit card, didn’t provide any other info. I just ended the call since there’s no point wasting time being rude to a machine. I save my bad manners for real folks when they actually deserve it.

Got a few calls from a recorded voice saying “this is your internet company, your connection will be cut off in 24 hours because of illegal stuff, press this number to fix it” I didn’t say anything and the call dropped. Definitely don’t press anything!

Got a call from 0110 535 6783 today at about 14:21 (17/9/19). A guy with an Asian accent said his name was Albert and claimed he was from BT internet support. He asked if my internet was working properly. When I asked why he needed to know, he started talking about my internet being used for illegal stuff. I told him I’d hang up and call BT myself to check. He kept insisting he was from BT! When I repeated that I’d call BT, he began getting a bit rude. So I just said goodbye and ended the call.

Got a call from a guy with an asian accent who said he was from British Telecom. I told him I wasn’t a customer and asked what the call was about. He kept insisting he was from BT and that I was one of their customers. I ended the call. The number showing was 01108344849.

Got a call from 0110 950 8435, some bloke with a foreign accent claiming he was from Visa about a “suspicious” debit card transaction. He asked for my account details. I asked for a number to ring him back and he gave me 0203 284 8054, said to ask for Alan Parker. I rang my bank straight away as I thought it was a scam - turns out my debit card hasn’t even been used.

I got two calls from 0015163870360, and both times a lady told me £600 was taken from my Visa card. She then asked me to press 1 to chat with her manager. Seems fishy to me.

Got a call from 01104377008, sounded like a robotic voice with a fake English accent, said it was from some bank but never mentioned which. They claimed £600 was sent from my card to some foreign place but didnt say where exactly. Then they told me to press 1. All my calls go to my answerphone though. This call was total rubbish, best to just disregard it.

Got a call from 011083964548 claiming to be BT, but the person had a strong Eastern European accent. They told me to press 1 to keep my internet or 2 to disconnect. I don’t even use BT, so I just ended the call straight away.

I've received several calls displaying +0110 at various hours throughout the day. Each time I attempted to respond, all I heard was a lot of static. Could this be some sort of auto-dialler, or is there something else going on here?

I've received calls from the 0110 number twice in just a few weeks. Any idea who might be behind these calls? It's frustrating that they never leave a message!

I decided to do a 1471 after receiving a rather peculiar call from a number that only had four digits: 0110. I can't help but wonder who this might be. Any ideas?
