10 yearssome bloke called himself alex or alec williams from microsoft support called me. he was going on about my pc being infected and gave me some weird clsid number he claimed was linked to my computer. then he asked me to type in some windows commands. total scam alert!AlecAlex WilliamsMicrosoft10 yearsthis wasnt much use but maybe it helps someone else. a guy rang me and gave his name but there was a lot of noise in the background so i couldnt make out most of what he said. he spoke really fast and the first clear words i caught were “this is about your computer”. thinking it might be a scam i just said "no thank you" and ended the call. from what you show here, the call came from sri lanka.Sri LankaSubmit Your Own Report (15676503)
