I have noticed that others have previously reported receiving scam calls from this number, but it seems like no action has been taken. I'm unsure of the purpose of reporting in that case. Today, I received a call from this number where they were offering to block unwanted calls. They were quite persistent and it took me around 10 minutes of declining their offer before I could finally end the conversation. Personally, I believe this number should be blocked as it is incredibly annoying.

Received a silent phone call today at 14:15, but there was no one on the line. Quite irritating, I must say. I'll make sure to block that number on my phone.

I just received a phone call from this number offering a device to block unwanted calls. Nelson informed me that this blocker would cost £1.90 per month or £89.00 for a three-year period. Later on, Mike asked me about my preferred payment method. In response, I immediately expressed my refusal to pay anything over the phone, as it seemed like just another scam from a bunch of untrustworthy individuals.

The day after I signed up my phone with TPS, I received a call from someone who claimed to be from TPS. They spoke with a heavy Indian accent and asked for £1.91 per month to block and report nuisance calls. When I mentioned that their call itself seemed like a nuisance, they quickly ended the conversation by hanging up.

Earlier today, on December 12th, I received a phone call from individuals identifying themselves as Chris from Bournemouth. Both names were pronounced in a heavy Indian accent. They delivered their usual script, claiming they were aware of the numerous nuisance calls I had been receiving and promised to resolve the issue. In response, I questioned how they could possibly find joy in conning money from vulnerable elderly retired individuals. Consequently, the man promptly ended the call. Regarding the notorious "We know you are having problems with your Windows system" scam, a simple way to deter them is to inform them that it's quite curious since you own an Apple computer. They tend to quickly hang up upon hearing this.

I am still receiving calls from this particular number. Instead of ignoring them, I opt to keep them engaged in conversation as long as I can, just to play along and make them eventually realize what's happening. To illustrate this, yesterday I successfully kept 'The Microsoft Team' on the phone for almost 15 minutes. During that time, I pretended to be an elderly individual, acting as if I was struggling to turn on my computer while following their instructions. It was only when they started suspecting that I might not actually be a 90-year-old person that they caught on. They patiently waited as I pretended to make my way upstairs, exaggeratedly out of breath, to finally turn on and log into my computer. It was quite an amusing experience!

I received a call from a lady who had a non-British accent, claiming to be from the "Call Protection Services" (CPS). According to her, there were several complaints about nuisance phone calls from my Post Code, and she wanted to offer a blocking service. Naturally, I questioned her authority to call me and the country she was calling from. However, she abruptly ended the call at that point. It worries me that she was familiar with my name and would likely have attempted to obtain my bank details if I hadn't suspected it was a scam from the start. It's concerning how believable she sounded, especially considering the number of legitimate overseas call centres used by British companies. This is why it's crucial to stay alert and cautious.

I recently got a phone call from a woman I didn't recognize. She had an Indian accent, making it difficult for me to understand her. When I asked if I could have her number, she refused and abruptly ended the call. Curious to find out who it was, I used the telephone service "1471" which provided the number of the person who called me earlier. We are already registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service), yet we keep receiving unwanted calls.

I received a call today from Jenny, who shared a lengthy story about the issues she was facing with unwanted calls. She mentioned being registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service), but despite that, she was still plagued by numerous unwanted calls. The situation seemed quite obvious, as this seems to be a common problem nowadays. Jenny informed me that a solution was at hand - I would soon receive a box to connect to my phone that would help curb these annoying calls. Strangely enough, the topic of payment only came up after discussing the product for a considerable period of time. Furthermore, I was instructed to choose a password, which I deemed unnecessary, so I simply ignored it. However, once I expressed my decision not to pay anything for the service, Jenny abruptly hung up the phone.

When someone called and asked for me by name, I politely inquired about the caller's identity. The person on the other end introduced herself as Jenny from TPS. She mentioned having knowledge of my supposedly elevated telephone bills, which was completely inaccurate. Our conversation abruptly ended before any further discussion.

I was rudely awoken at 2:30 am this morning by a phone call from the following number. A lady, who identified herself as Stella and spoke with an Indian accent, was on the other line. Unfortunately, due to my annoyance, our conversation didn't last very long and I didn't get the chance to find out how she intended to improve my life.

My house phone keeps on ringing repeatedly, a total of 14 times. It rings three times, I rush to answer it, but it abruptly stops. So, I dial 1471 to check the number, and it appears on the caller ID. Feeling frustrated, I hang up the phone, only for the exact same sequence of events to occur once again.
