On 25th Nov 2019 at around 9:40 in the morning, this number rang me. Like others have mentioned, there was a bit of a pause before a robotic voice came on, telling me there was an issue with my internet. I hung up straight away and then called 1471 to see who had just rung me.

Got a call saying there’s been some dodgy stuff happening on our internet and that they’d cut us off unless we talked to one of their service reps. I just ended the call and looked up the number. Seems like a scam trying to scare people into paying! Total prey on the vulnerable.
