There's a fresh scam with Amazon Prime going about. If you use Prime Video, just block calls from any number claiming to be Amazon Prime. These are all fraudsters. They don't actually know if you have Prime, they just call random numbers hoping the person picks up and uses Prime. Your Prime account is fine, don't worry. For your safety, just hang up and delete any related messages. Never follow their instructions, don’t give any bank info or press any buttons to talk to a 'representative'. It’s a con, not Amazon who’s calling.
