Twice now I've had calls on my landline at the weirdest hours - once really late at night and another time super early morning. It’s always a recorded message saying my visa card has been charged £600, which I know isn’t true. The voice sounds so dodgy, totally unnatural. Definitely a scam, so my advice is just to hang up and don’t engage.

This definitely seems like a scam. My landline rang out of the blue twice, once really late at night and then again at dawn. It was some robotic voice telling me there was a £600 charge on my visa card. I know for sure that ain't true, plus the voice was dodgy and sounded totally fake. Just don't bother answering and put the phone down straight away.
