Such a nuisance with those TalkTalk scammers! I've made several attempts to block them, but it appears they've got a different number up their sleeve for every few calls. Honestly, I've received so many that I've resorted to ignoring the phone altogether. Now, I simply let the answering machine take care of things. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least!

I've been getting calls from this number daily, and on occasion, up to three times a day. It's becoming quite tiresome! Does anyone know how I might go about blocking this pesky number? I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but I realise that if the calls are coming from overseas, it won't help me much. Unfortunately, my phone doesn't have a screen for identifying callers either. Any advice would be appreciated!

I received a call from someone purporting to be from TalkTalk, saying there was an issue with my internet connection. I swiftly dismissed them and ended the conversation.

Received a call earlier claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting that my computer had picked up some viruses. I didn't bother to entertain the conversation and promptly hung up.

I’ve received multiple calls, claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting that my computer is infected with a virus. They’ve attempted to reach me on six separate occasions now, but each time I’ve just hung up on them. It’s definitely a scam, and I even saw it mentioned on the Rip Off Britain programme this week!

There's nothing but silence on the other end, apart from the sound of someone's breathing. I'm about to activate the voicemail now; if it's urgent, they can leave a message. I'm really fed up with all these scammers.

A rather polite woman rang me, claiming to be from ‘Bluetooth Telecom’. Honestly, can’t these fraudsters at least ensure their staff are properly briefed? It’s quite ridiculous, to be honest.

I can’t figure out who keeps ringing me. They seem to be trying to get through quite often. By the way, how can a phone number only have six digits? That's a bit peculiar, isn't it?

I received several calls earlier today around 1:15 PM from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting that my computer was experiencing issues. They warned me they would terminate my internet service due to these supposed faults. The number displayed after I dialled 1471 was a 6-digit one. What’s more alarming is they even knew my name! I informed them quite courteously that I do not entertain unsolicited calls and requested them not to contact me again.

I've been getting calls every single day post 10 in the morning, and all I hear is nothingness. Every time I try to communicate, it's just an eerie quiet on the other end.

Gave us a ring earlier today, but hung up before we could answer. Not sure where the call came from.
