9 yearsI just had a rather dodgy call from someone claiming to be from "Microsoft technical support." The voice on the line was distinctly female, though oddly enough, she introduced herself as "Michael Williams" - how curious! With a thick Indian accent, she seemed to be following a script to perfection, stating, "Greetings! I'm Michael Williams, calling from Microsoft Tech Support." It was all quite the performance, really.
