Picked up the phone and there was silence for quite a while, then I finally heard an Indian lady's voice, but with loads of distracting noise in the back. She was trying to say something about BT Open Reach and some issues with my internet connection, wanting to do a survey or something. I didn’t hang about, told her straight out she was a scammer and told her to jog on!
