Seems like a total scam to me. Someone rang up saying they were from Opton Telecom, trying to push this overseas call blocking service to stop scam calls. When I checked with Opton Telecom UK, they said they had no clue about any of it. Plus, their website’s security certificates were all dodgy - I had to ignore browser warnings just to get their real contact number. Not impressed at all.
