Got a call from this number earlier. Picked up but there was no voice on the other end, just silence. Then after a few moments the call just dropped. Really odd.

this woman claimed to be with bt and wanted me to do something on my pc, asked me to press the windows key and r at the same time. i didn’t really know what that was about so i just cut the call. then she rang again, but this time my wife picked up. they told her there was a problem with our router and wanted her to do the same thing. my wife said just send a new router and we’ll send the old one back, then the call got ended straight away.
