It’s awful that my dad keeps getting calls even though he’s signed up with the TPS more than once. He’s got Dementia, which makes it even worse that they keep bothering him like this. Honestly, these callers should feel ashamed for pestering someone like him. They really need to be put to an end!!!

Got a call from a lady speaking with a really thick accent, trying to persuade me to insure some appliance I apparently just bought. When I asked what appliance she meant, she just ended the call. Honestly didn’t feel very trustworthy, and I had a hard time understanding her anyway.

Got a call from this number earlier today, but the woman on the other end was really hard to understand thanks to loads of noise in the background. Sounded like it was coming from some call centre. She was asking for my credit card info to charge me more for keeping my appliances maintained. Totally seemed like a scam to me. Watch out!

They tried to trick me into giving my credit card info by saying they could lower my home appliance repair fees. Absolute scammers, no doubt about it.

I kept getting loads of calls every day from this super persistent sales woman. I made it clear I wasn’t interested, but she just wouldn’t give up. At one point she asked if I was following what she was saying and I told her honestly I didn’t really get it, but she seemed to think I meant yes or something. Eventually, I just had to hang up, but guess what? They still kept ringing me back!

Got a couple of calls today from this number. I pick up and there’s nothing on the other end for a few seconds, then you start hearing noises like a call centre in the background, and then the call just drops. Not sure if it’s some kind of spam or something else. Weird.

I’ve had loads of calls from this number over the past few days but never picked up. They never bothered to leave a message either. If they want folks to trust them, they should really start leaving voicemails.

I got a call from someone saying they were with Domestic and General, but when I asked them what appliances were covered on my policy, they couldn’t say. Then they tried to get my bank details to lower my monthly bill. I rang Domestic and General myself after that, and they had no clue about the call. Pretty obvious it was a scam.
