I encountered this number today trying to pull a fast one online, aiming to infect my computer. Last year, they managed to swindle me out of £160!

This number belongs to a couple of scammers with an Indian accent pretending to be internet security experts. They tricked me into handing over £160 last August, saying they were removing a virus from my PC. I thought everything was fine and my computer seemed to work well. But then they rang me again today, saying they wanted to refund the money as a kind gesture. It sounded genuine and I fell for it. I’m feeling really unwell and vulnerable right now. Thankfully, I didn’t have any cash for them to grab or change my bank info, but they still messed up my computer big time!

I've had a rather peculiar experience - four calls crammed into just five hours! Strangely enough, when I answered, there was absolute silence on the other end. The number appears to be originating from the Canary Islands, which adds to the enigma!

That was rather sketchy, I must say. Received a call on a Saturday claiming it was about a business matter, which makes me quite suspicious. Even more concerning, the caller left a message containing some info that's not readily available to the public. I've since verified that it definitely wasn't from the company they mentioned. Just reinforces my unease.

It was an online call with a random number generated automatically. Not always a robocall, might just be someone calling through VoIP. If you've asked about services or products from a company not long ago, especially ones with sales teams, it's probably from them.

Today, I had a ring from this number as well (10 April 2016). I tried phoning back using two different lines and even shot them a text. Still nothing back. It’s probably best to conclude that there’s something dodgy going on with whoever is making these calls. Best just to steer clear of it.

just got a call from this number and I didnt pick up. yesterday they called my home phone about some kind of claim related to an accident from half a year ago. I told the guy I only moved in a month ago so it couldnt be me, but he kept saying this is the number for the person involved in that accident. he wasnt interested in listening so I hung up. both calls came through late morning. thats the thing with phones, you can choose to ignore them. btw, whats a bot anyway?
