I reckon it was some sort of fake male voice - like one made by a computer or something - and just having a recorded message wouldn't really make a difference. The person was acting like they were from BT tech support, warning me that my internet would be disconnected within a day because they claimed my IP got hacked. They kept pushing me to hit certain keys on my phone. Totally dodgy.

I've received persistent calls stating that I need to settle a debt to be removed from their list. However, according to their records, I have 18 holiday weeks noted. I've called multiple times to request that my number is taken off their calling list, yet the calls keep coming.

Absolutely dodgy lot, claiming I'm owed 28 weeks holiday on some account they say I got. They keep telling me they're from the main office, but it smells fishy. They want cash just to remove me from their call list, and say I've put down a deposit before - which I've got no proof of at all. Total rip-off if you ask me.

They kept ringing me again and again, and each time I clearly said I wasn't up for it. They kept pushing this so-called "one time deal" holiday for six people at £190 upfront. Honestly, it feels like a total scam, just be careful out there.

Got a call today about some holiday ownership thing, but when I said they weren’t the company I deal with, I asked them to take my number off their list. They just wouldn’t do it. I kept telling the woman I wanted no more calls, but she said nope, she’d keep my number on file and then just ended the call. Really frustrating!

I received a call from someone claiming to be associated with Club la Costa, a company we've been part of for quite some time. They mentioned that due to our maintenance fees being paid for the past eight years, we were entitled to a refund of £90. However, they requested my bank details, which immediately raised my suspicions. I asked them to call me back later, and then I contacted Club la Costa directly. To my relief, they confirmed that the number was indeed a scam. I've since blocked that number, but it seems they've tried to reach me from two other different numbers as well.
