Got a call supposedly from Visa's fraud team about a dodgy transaction. I hit 1, and a voice with a thick accent came on asking which Visa card I meant. I said "your Visa debit," and they said okay then asked which one since we have more than one card. After a brief silence, they mentioned NatWest. I told them that’s not us, none of our cards are NatWest. Then I hung up and blocked the number straight away.
