Received a call from this number on Sunday arvo. It's best not to pick up if you see it. We've set our answerphone to always be activated now and will only engage with calls that show up with caller ID, which has greatly reduced the amount of pesky calls we get. But seriously, who is behind these numbers? Surely there’s someone who keeps track of which numbers are issued and to whom they belong.

This number belongs to a company selling replacement windows but since my house is a listed building, I’m not allowed to replace the windows even if I wished to.
