Today I received a call from 003250580436 and answered with “hello, happy holidays!” - all I got back was silence. Not sure if it was some sort of sales pitch, a check to see if the number’s still active, or even an attempt to record my voice for identity reasons later on. Who knows? Whatever it was, now I’ve got a plan for how to handle stuff like this next time. Cheers!

So, I got a call from this number back on 02/11/18. Since the number wasn’t on my phone’s approved list, it automatically got logged and then blocked. It’s some sort of security setting on my mobile - pretty common on most smartphones, I reckon. Honestly, you lot should turn it on too, it’s a proper lifesaver!

Received a suspicious call, so I blocked the number and reported it to the police.

This company has called me over 200 times in just three months, trying to push stock options on me. It’s absolutely nuts. They keep ringing from loads of different numbers, so I can’t seem to block them properly. Total scam if you ask me.

I just stopped answering my phone since loads of odd foreign numbers kept calling me. Now I've put a block on any unknown or weird numbers so they can't ring me anymore. Honestly, don’t bother picking up - it’s probably a scam or some dodgy trading folks trying to mess about with your time.

@ scam alert! I was just curious and answered the call. The bloke was pushing some dodgy stock options with a story that made no sense at all - even as a casual trader, I could tell it was rubbish. Then he asked for 250€ to buy into some “starter package”. When I challenged him about how he got my info and GDPR stuff, he suddenly got really jumpy and ended the call super quick. Stay away from this one!

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from the info dept at Nasdac, and he even knew my name. I have no clue who 229?7 is though. Ended up hanging up and blocking them straight away.

I missed a call from this number about half an hour ago, didn’t pick up though.

I didn’t pick up, seemed like it was one of those annoying sales calls or maybe a scam.

over the last few months, I've been getting calls from this number pretty much every week. no clue who it is though, and since there's never a message left, i’m not pickin up anymore, unless they finally decide to leave one.
