Got a ring from a number in the Netherlands saying I'd got 2.3 of some blockchain currency frozen or sumthin'. After a bit of back n forth, I told them to leave it. They also emailed me a pic from annbellingham.blockchain@protonmailf###J or something like that. Seems dodgy to me, not really sure what was going on there.

A few days back, I got a call from Ireland, and now today they’ve phoned me twice - first from Ireland again, then from the Netherlands. It’s odd, like how did they switch countries in like 5 minutes? Haha. I’d already blocked the number, so no chance I’m trusting them. When I asked them to send me to the website they said I’d used since 2015, the caller got all defensive. He couldn’t even say my real full name - just some silly old nickname I used ages ago. Total scammer vibes, for sure.

I picked up but they ended the call straight away, probably some kind of scam.

Picked up the phone and someone kept saying "blocked verdy gerdy gerdy" over and over, then they shouted something about putting the chicken in the basket, really confusing!

Some bloke rang me, saying he was from blockchain[###], claiming I'd got 2.5 bitcoin stuck in a frozen account. After a bit of chat, he soon sussed out I wasn't falling for his scam and just wished me luck trying to recover my bitcoin. Honestly, if you’ve lost your secret key or backup, those frozen accounts are basically off limits forever. You won’t get access, no matter what.

I got a call from someone saying I’d signed up with blockchain[###] ages ago, like back in 2012, and now my wallet was frozen. They said I could either leave the funds there, claim the money, or let it go. Total con. I blocked the number straight away.

This lady claimed to be from a blockchain team but when I asked her which company exactly, she just went silent. I quickly called her a scammer and ended the call.

They called me, mentioned my name, then cut off straight away. Sounds like a bitcoin scam to me, coz I got a call just yesterday from an Irish number doing the same thing. Probably the same trick.

Picked up and straight away thought it might be one of those scams just trying to see if your line is live. Definitely hanging up and blocking now.
