Beware of the wangiri scam, it's really risky - if you ring back, you might end up getting fleeced. Then, head over to the section for ‘reporting’ and fill in the ‘phishing attempt’ form to flag it as a potential wangiri scam. You don’t need to sign up or anything. If you did call them back, make sure to check your phone bill to see if you’ve been charged, and definitely report it as a crime.

This number rang me but only once, right after I got a call showing as no caller ID. I use an iPhone and when the call ended, the number popped up on the screen. I tapped it, expecting it to show the call history like with texts, but nope - it started calling straight back! I had to hang up quickly. As soon as I answered, they legged it and dropped the call quickly. It's clear they're just trying to get you to call them back so they can rip you off, so don't bother.
