Hey everyone, just a heads up - don’t pick up if this number rings you. I’ve got calls from them loads of times. They’ll ring and hang up after just a few seconds, so it shows as a missed call. I guess most folks might try calling back, but don’t do it! If you call them, you’ll be put on hold and end up getting charged for every minute. Best advice - avoid answering or calling back any unknown numbers. Another one that bugged me was +257 22 28 62 __. Stay safe!

I’m really curious how these folks keep getting hold of my phone number. I only got this number about a week ago, and the only thing I’ve done online was a quick search for car insurance. When you have to tick that little box agreeing for the site to share your info with third parties, it seems like that’s how it’s ending up in the wrong hands. Since then, I’ve been getting loads of calls, not just from this one number but others that look similar too, all while using Internet Explorer. It’s pretty annoying!
