Mine does the same thing - it rings just once and then cuts off with nothing said or left on voicemail.

I've had this number ring my phone twice now but it just rings once and cuts off straight away. Feels like they're hoping you'll ring back or something. Pretty sure it's some kind of scam because I don't know anyone from Somalia at all. I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

Without a doubt, this is a scam. I just got hit with a £4.63 charge for answering. These sorts of numbers should be banned from the network to stop people getting ripped off.

Looks like one of those annoying call back scams. Definitely best to ignore and not ring them back.

This number never leaves any message, so I’d just ignore it. I looked it up and it’s linked to Somalia.
