From what I’ve read, this number is linked to a ‘Wangiri’ scam - basically a one-ring trick to lure you into calling back and getting stung with expensive charges. Word is, they ring you just once and hang up, leaving you a missed call from some weird foreign number. Best not to call back random international numbers you don’t know, or you’ll probably get hit with a fee and just be encouraging the scammers to keep doing this to others.
