Got a call that just rang once and hung up - classic scam style. I’ve blocked the number now so hopefully no more bother.

Got a call from +243809900444, so I tried calling back. As soon as it started to ring, it showed Congo on the screen, then cut off straight away. They called again later, and when I answered, it dropped the call right away. Just now, while typing this, I got a one-second ring from them again. I'm wondering if I'm at risk because the call didn't fully connect when I called them back.
