10 yearsWatch out, it’s definitely a scam!10 yearsI received a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, asserting that there was an issue with my account. I let them prattle on for a bit, providing them with plenty of banter in response. Just as they were about to wrap up the call, I informed them they’d made a mistake-I've actually not been a TalkTalk customer since the previous year!TalkTalk10 yearsJust a glance at the number reveals it’s nothing but a scam.10 yearsHe started off saying it was some lottery survey, but the minute I told him I wasn’t up for any survey, he just cut me off... what a prat!10 yearsReally just a pain in the neck.10 yearsI refused to give out any info and the bloke just told me to get lost. Seems like a typical lottery scam to me.10 yearsI got a call at work from this number and picked up. They started asking which company provides my broadband, then gave me six numbers they said were for the UK lottery. After that, they told me to ring another number, 8081891033, to verify the results. Felt really dodgy to me, probably a scam!UK10 yearsI just had a rather disturbing phone call from this number. There was a bit of a lag before I picked up, and then the caller ominously stated that I would be meeting my end soon. Quite unsettling, to say the least!10 yearsThe woman who always ends the call with a quick goodbye!10 yearsThe woman bidding farewell!10 yearsI noticed that this number appeared to originate from Nigeria. I had my landline forwarded to my mobile, but they seemed to hang up in a jiffy without saying a word. Quite odd, isn’t it?Nigeria10 yearsThe call just ended with a quick goodbye from the voice before hanging up.10 yearsI’m pretty sure this is some kind of scam. The moment you pick up, there’s a brief pause, then a recorded voice just says “goodbye.” I’ve been getting this call every couple of days for weeks now. It’s really tempting to ring the number back, but don’t! It’s from abroad and will cost you a small fortune. Actually, a mate of mine once got charged over £300 just from calling back once! Seriously, be careful with this one.10 yearsUtterly deceitful! Upon picking up the call, all you get is a pre-recorded message bidding you farewell. It's easy to feel inclined to return the call, but resist the urge! Calling back could cost you a small fortune. Stay wise and steer clear!10 yearsIt appears that this is associated with a number from Brazil Telecom and is likely just another nuisance call. It’s my suspicion that they ring multiple lines simultaneously, preying on the first person who picks up, which boosts their chances of either pitching their dodgy service or setting up some sort of con. On those rare occasions when I actually get through to someone yammering on about 'repairing my computer,' I simply place the phone down on the table and walk away, allowing them to foot the bill for their persistence. I return to the call once it’s evident they’ve thrown in the towel. Cheers, NickBrazil TelecomNick10 yearsI've received numerous calls from this number. Most recently, I picked up, and all they said was a quick "farewell" before hanging up. Quite peculiar!10 yearsI just got a call with a recorded voice of a woman saying "goodbye." Feels really dodgy, probably some sort of scam.10 yearsI answered the call, but instead of a person, all I got was a recorded message that simply said 'goodbye.' Quite peculiar, if you ask me. I certainly won’t be picking up from that number again!10 yearsI received a call inquiring about whether I was a renter or a homeowner. When I mentioned that I wasn’t in either situation but rather a business owner, the caller accused me of being deceitful and told me to get lost in some rather colourful language. Unbelievable!10 yearsI've been getting frequent calls from a bloke who sounds like he's calling about a computer virus-he's got this odd, laboured breathing too. Odd character, definitely not your average caller.10 yearsOh, today was spot on! What a bunch of numpties. Generally, I don’t bother responding to these types of numbers, but thought it could be a bit entertaining. There’s no way I’ll be answering that again though!10 yearsThis number kept ringing us every thirty minutes and was incredibly graphic in a sexual manner. Do take care, as it can be quite upsetting.10 yearsWe've been receiving calls from this number at least half a dozen times each day. The callers get rather irritable as soon as we let them know we’re not keen on their offers. It's really quite bothersome, so we've taken to disconnecting our landline altogether.10 yearsI received a call inquiring about Mrs Campbell. I'm with a firm and made it clear to them. It truly felt as though it was some international call centre.Campbell10 yearsI received a call from this number. An individual with an Asian accent identified himself as George and mentioned he was conducting a survey.George10 yearsWhen we answer the call, an automated female voice simply says "goodbye."10 yearsThis number has attempted to contact us multiple times. Every time we respond, a ridiculous automated voice simply says "Goodbye" and then promptly disconnects the call. It’s utterly perplexing and rather annoying!Submit Your Own Report (056 798 72)
