Received a call today from +21366543350, but as soon as I picked up, there was just silence on the line. The number's from Algeria, and I'm getting a strong whiff of something dodgy here. Wouldn't trust it!

Received a call earlier today that I happened to miss. They tried again, and when I picked up, there was utter silence, so I ended the call. Quite clearly, it seems they're fishing for me to return the call.
