Got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent claiming he was from Microsoft. Said there was an issue with my Windows laptop that he needed to fix. Told him to do one right away!

A rather irate chap with a thick accent rang us, claiming to represent Microsoft. He insisted that we need to boot up our computer right away because there's a problem with Windows. Quite the alarming call, if you ask me!
