Just got a call a short while ago from a bloke who gave his name and claimed he was from the internet company that I supposedly use. Funny thing is, he never actually said which one it was. Loads of times before I've had calls where they've named a certain provider, and I've always told them I’m not with that company. This time though, I just ended the call straight away, not in the mood to deal with it.

So this guy rang me up claiming he was from BT and said he needed to access my computer to fix some issues with my router. Right after that, he just ended the call! I was actually hoping to mess about with him a bit and waste some of his time, which was a bit frustrating.

Since nobody responded, I just ended the call.

Didn't pick up this call since it was from a foreign number, probably one of them scammers spoofing IDs to dodge those silent call blockers. After reading what others said, I'm really grateful TalkTalk hooked me up with free caller ID. These days, I just answer if it's someone I know - all sorted on my phone with saved names from mates and family.

Got a call from someone who said she was Sandra Wilson, supposedly from TalkTalk, about my internet. She had a really strong Asian accent. I told her her voice sounded quite annoying and jokingly asked what she had on. She just ended the call right after that!

had a call from a man with an indian accent, introducing himself as James from TalkTalk, telling me there was an issue with my router. just after half a minute the call dropped unexpectedly. feels like a scam to me.

I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT. I just ended the call straight away. Pretty sure it's connected to that call I got last week from 01225335123. That was only the second annoying call I've had recently, and during that one, the lady also mentioned BT as my phone company. I didn’t say anything to correct her, so I suppose she thought she’d caught on to something and decided to use that info to bother me again this week.
