10 yearsGot a dodgy call about my computer the other day. I acted like the PC was somewhere else and said it was running really slowly - sounded like there might be an issue! Every now and then I popped back on the phone to give her some positive replies just to keep her chatting. After a bit she realised I was messing about and said, "I’ll end up in a mental home!" Fair enough, these calls are proper annoying. BT said they’d launch something to block these calls back in 2016. Fingers crossed it actually gets sorted soon.10 yearsJust like many others, I figured it was a scam call. Luckily, this time I was in the mood to mess with them a bit, dragging the convo out, hoping it might stop someone else from getting caught. Feels good to be right sometimes!10 yearsGot a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming he could sort out my Microsoft Windows issues - which is funny because I don’t even use Windows! I played along and chatted for ages, but as soon as I started laughing, he got all rude and nasty. Proper scam attempt, honestly.10 yearsHey, I just got a call and as soon as I said hello, the other side dropped the call straight away. Really weird, picked up the phone right as it rang.10 yearsGot a call from someone who sounded like they were from Asia, said they wanted to discuss computers and Windows stuff. They got dodgy when I asked who exactly they were trying to reach and quickly ended the call when I pressed for more info.10 yearsGot a call from this number around 10:50 in the morning today but didn’t pick up since it was unknown and I’ve got my phone set to prefer known contacts.10 yearsThe person on the phone spoke with an accent that sounded Asian and their English wasn’t very clear at all. It was really difficult to understand what they were trying to say.Asia10 yearsSome bloke called himself "David" ringin’ me up about Microsoft. When I told him I wasn’t bothered, he was proper rude about it.DavidMicrosoft10 yearsGot a call where it was just quiet, then this robot voice spoke up for a sec before they dropped the call.11 yearsGot a call again with no one speaking, but lately we've been getting fake tech support calls warning of computer problems that aren't real.11 yearsGot three calls from this number, but when I answered there was just silence. Don't bother ringing them back, it's clearly some sort of scam or dodgy operation. Total waste of time!11 yearsHad three calls from this number but nobody ever answered. Definitely a waste of time, not going to ring them back. Seems like a bunch of fraudsters if you ask me.11 yearsGot a call at 9.46 on the 16th of Jan, but no one said a word. Won’t be picking up if it rings again.11 yearsGot a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from AJnapps, claiming my computer had malware or some sort of virus. She wanted to get remote access to it. Mentioned she was calling from 100 Victoria Estate, King's Cross, but wouldn’t give her postcode when I asked. Seemed really suspicious to me.Victoria EstateKing ' s Cross11 yearsGot calls from someone with an Asian accent saying they’re a Microsoft tech, trying to sort out issues on my PC.
