I got a call from someone claiming to be Edward from Windows IT support. He told me my computer had a problem, but I told him everything was fine and I didn’t think his name was really Edward. When I asked for his actual name, he just disconnected. This feels like one of those scams where they wanna steal your computer info. Be careful and don’t give them access to your machine!

A few days back, I got a call from this number and the guy didn’t say anything at first. Later, a bloke rang claiming to be from Hotpoint, asking if my washing machine was working fine. He even seemed to know I lived at the same address and then asked my age. Honestly, it was pretty frustrating.

Got a call from someone speaking with an Indian accent, saying they were from the British Telephone Preference Service, wanting me to "re-register my number because it had expired". Definitely felt like a scam and I reckon it was a VoIP call pretending to be from a US number. Wouldn't trust it at all.
