I got a call and some robotic voice started talking about "Shirley from an internet company" or something like that, never even mentioned which provider. They said they could sort out an issue and send a new router. Total scam, really pathetic.

Got a call from a silent number earlier today. Before that I'd had a warning call saying BT were about to disconnect my internet, coming from 08000 903834. Problem is, we don’t even use BT here! Totally bogus.

Got a call from an American woman’s robot voice saying that my BT service was going to be cut off soon. She said to press 1 or 2 for options. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

Got a robot call claiming my internet was cut off cause it was hacked or something, said it was from BT. Problem is, I don't even use BT as my provider.
