My landline rang from this number, but luckily I've blocked all calls that begin with 00, so it just got rejected straight away. Still, it popped up on our caller ID. We've been getting quite a few calls like this recently, all starting with 00, and it's clear they're dodgy scammers pretending to be BT. We don’t even use BT services anymore - we’re with Virgin and they use their own lines. Stuff like this just puts me off BT big time, and I definitely wouldn’t consider going back to them for anything now!

got a robocall from some internet scammer sayin my net was gonna get cut off. ive blocked the number but they keep ringin from loads of different numbers. proper annoying!

i picked up but stayed silent and they ended the call pretty quick, seems like a scam to me ~ blocked now

They rang me but didn’t leave any message, so I just blocked the number.

Got a robotic voice telling me my BT line’s gonna be cut off soon. Who actually falls for this nonsense these days? I just let it play out till the end for a laugh.
