Some bloke rang up saying he was from SSE, claiming the meter reader got the postcode wrong and that I should get a refund. I listened to what he had to say and then told him I enter the meter readings myself. He quickly switched to another story. I told him if he needed anything, to send an email using the address on my account and ended the call. Not long after, he rang again, but from a different number, asking why I'd hung up. I told him again, to just email or write me a letter!
