Sounds like a scam, they were asking for my internet info.

As soon as I picked up, the call just ended and went straight to a dial tone. Pretty obvious it was some call centre, so I went ahead and blocked the number.

Definitely looked like a BT scam. Just cut the call straight away - so annoying!
