We got a call from someone named Rachel with a strong Asian accent. She claimed to be from British Telecom - though I’m not sure BT actually use that name nowadays? She said it was regarding our internet. I just said “oh really...” and then she quickly went on about how our computer supposedly had some harmful files downloaded. I just ended the call right away.

Got a call from this number, some woman claiming she was from B.T. telling me my internet would cut out in half an hour. I just replied with, "Alright then, thanks," and hung up. Definitely seemed like a scam to me.

For the past couple of weeks, I've had to block loads of different numbers one after another. It’s like they keep coming from all over the place, always saying they’re from talktalk. Didn’t used to get this nonstop stream of calls before their security got hacked last autumn. Such a hassle!

Got a call from someone called Rachel, sounded very Indian, claiming she was from B.T., which I'm not even a customer of. My PC supposedly had errors and was downloading odd stuff online, and she offered to sort it out for me. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!
