Got a call from some bloke saying he's from Energy Helpline, said he helped me switch my energy supplier before. He mentioned he was in Bangalore, India or something. But the phone number he called from was a US number with a weird area code that doesn’t seem real. I’m baffled how they pull this off. I’m definitely going to get in touch with Energy Helpline and report this, see if they’re selling or leaking my info somehow.

Got a call from someone claiming to help with changing energy providers. We just ended the call straight away. They rang us four times just this morning, all within an hour. Honestly, best to just not pick up - they’ll stop bothering eventually. We’ve been on the telephone preference service for ages!

Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent selling energy deals, told him we’re not interested. Despite that, he rang me FOUR times within just TWO hours! Even though I’m on the TPS list, it clearly doesn’t stop them. Absolutely annoying and a proper nuisance.
