I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number on my phone.Telefonika8 yearsI got a call from some automated American woman saying she was from BT Technical Support, warning me that my broadband was getting cut off because it was supposedly hacked from California. She asked me to press 1 to speak to an engineer or something like that. I just hung up straight away. Honestly, BT needs to get on top of these awful scammers using their name to fool people.
