Today, I got that exact same text about £600 from "Visa" again, but this time it came from another number. I've already blocked the first one though.

Like many have said, I got a message about a £600 purchase supposedly made and told to PRESS 1 if it wasn't me. Pretty sure if you do press it, it just dumps you into a super expensive phone line, especially since you’ve already called them back!

I've blocked the two with numbers but can't help wondering how many different ones they might be using.

A woman with the exact same voice has rung me up about five times over the past day, always mentioning some big Visa payment! Honestly, folks should just hit the red block button while they're still on the phone. Every IT expert, tech person, and electronics engineer knows telecom firms everywhere have the tech to stop this nonsense but don’t bother because they’re cashing in big time from it!!!
