I just picked up a call from this number and some bloke said 'hello darling'. I replied I'm not your darling and he straight away said he wanted s#x with me. I told him to get lost and hung up. These annoying calls have gone way too far, something really needs doing about them!

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent who asked if I was Mr. (wrong name). I said no and gave her my name. When I asked who she was, she started being rude and then just hung up. What a waste!

This number rung me up twice last week but everytime I answer there’s nothing but silence. A couple weeks back my laptop got hacked and I reckon it might be connected to the same folks. Better not reply or call this number back, and definitely don’t do anything it tells you on your laptop.

This call was just silent. I've been getting loads of calls from them lately. A few weeks back I lost my temper, told them nicely to take me off their list but this time I told them to fuck off and hang up. I wouldn’t recommend doing what I did. Had about six calls in one day, then every day after that for the week more calls kept coming. Now when they ring, I just say “hold on a sec,” put the phone down on the desk and leave it there.

I just got a call from someone claiming to be a phone advisory service, saying they were updating details on my account. Sounded quite believable at first, but then they started asking about who pays the bills and stuff. I asked why they were ringing me and asked for more details... then they just cut me off.

On the 25th of July, 2017, at approximately 16:09, I received a rather dodgy call from the number 0013163035925. The caller claimed there was an issue with my computer. I quickly realised it was a scam, so I called them out on it. To my astonishment, she insisted it wasn’t a scam. I expressed my disdain and told her where to go before ending the call. It infuriates me how some people stoop so low to con others. If anyone encounters this number, I strongly advise hanging up immediately and not divulging any personal information. We need to take action against these fraudulent tactics!

Got a call from a man who sounded Asian around 1pm. He started with a cheerful "good morning!!!" then told me he was ringing about my computer. But I told him I don’t own one. Then he asked if I had a laptop. Again, I said no, I have neither. After that, it got really quiet on the line so I ended the call.

Got a call from this number about my PC. When I told them I was recording and would report it to Action Fraud, they just cut me off. I tracked the call to North Santa Fe Street in Wichita, KS, USA. Definitely a scam number from the States. You can even get directions if you want to check out where it’s coming from. Verizon is listed as the subscriber too.

Got a call from an Asian lady saying there was a problem with my computer. Her English was really hard to understand. I told her there was no issue, but she just wouldn’t listen. Ended up hanging up on her. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this call.

I was visiting my elderly folks when the phone rang. A man with an Asian accent was on the line, but I couldn’t really make out what he was saying. All I caught was something about a computer. I told him they don’t actually have a computer, but he wasn’t having it. I asked him nicely to remove our number from his calling list, but he flat out refused. I asked again, saying “Are you removing it or not?” and he just said no again. In the end, I just hung up on him.

Got a call on my landline from a guy with an accent claiming to be from the Windows tech team. I told him he was making stuff up since I’m pretty sure Microsoft never calls folks directly. When I ended the call, I could still hear him chatting away. Later, I rang 1471 to check the caller’s number - it showed up as 001 316 303 5925 around 10:40 in the morning.

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT today, said they’d been stopping nuisance calls for a year and it was ending soon. Then asked me, since I pay by direct debit, to give my card details including the expiry date! I just told them no way and put the phone down.

This number rang me not long ago and I could tell right away it was one of those annoying calls. The bloke clearly thought I wasn’t paying attention because then he whispered, and I quote, “F### you, I know you’re listening, I’ll f###ing wreck you, I’m gonna track you down and ruin your p####.” I lost it and told him that no one should speak to customers or callers like that. Honestly, I’m stunned by the disgusting and totally unacceptable language he used. What if a little kid, say about 5 to 8 years old, answered the phone and caught that? Properly foul behaviour.

Somebody rang my 87-year-old dad pretending to be from BT, telling him to turn on his computer because the Internet was going to be cut off for 5 days. This guy claimed he was Michael from some Computer Centre, sounded super thick Indian accent. Started rambling on about issues with my computer. I cut him off straight away with, "I don't even own a computer!" He went quiet and then just hung up. Give it a go, it actually works well. I'm getting kinda entertained by these silly calls now...

I reckon this is the same bloke who rang me a couple of weeks back. Maybe he’s finished his list and is looping back to the start? Luckily, I was outside in the garden so he didn’t bother leaving a voicemail. I’m fairly sure it would’ve been one of those MicroSoft scams about my computer not working. I gave him the same reply on 14th March - told him I don’t even own a computer - which isn’t true but seems to shut him up every time. Worth a shot if you get a call like that!

I told him I’m on the TPS list, so no cold calls thanks, then I ended the call. Guess what? He rang back less than a minute later on this very same number! Ridiculous.

The number showed up on my caller ID as coming from a country that doesn’t even exist, so it’s clearly fake. I was just about to say, “So you’re calling from a fake number, what else about you is a lie?” and they hung up immediately. It’s a shame, they really should be pestered more. I think it’s the same person who rang earlier today from some “INTERNATIONAL” number claiming to be from Microsoft. Because of his strong Indian accent, sounded like he was from Mumbai, I shot back saying if he was really from Microsoft, then I was the King of Norway...

Some bloke was asking for someone who ain’t me. I told him he’d got the wrong number. Then he started asking who I was. I kept saying 'sorry, wrong number' and never gave a real answer. He got mad and told me to f*** off! How do these idiots even get away with this? I get calls from these people at least three or four times a week. I don’t want to pick up, but sometimes I am waiting for important calls from abroad. Block the number? Nope. They ring again, but from a different one. Utter nightmare.

This is now the sixth time in just a couple of weeks, and twice today, I've had calls from men and women with what sounded like Asian accents claiming to be from BT or Microsoft. They said there was an issue with my internet router or PC and asked me to let them access it. Told them it wasn't a good time. Later I rang BT myself and they confirmed there’s no problem on their end.

Got a call from this number earlier, they said my internet would keep cutting out because there was a problem with the server. Then they told me I needed to delete some things from my computer and asked me to get in front of it so they could walk me through the steps. I didn’t trust it at all and ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam, don’t bother answering if it rings you. No way I was sticking around to see what they wanted.

Heads up, this number is dodgy. They said they were from some company and that it was about my internet. When I asked what internet and who exactly they were, the bloke just ended the call. If you happen to pick up, dont give them anything personal. Even better, just let it ring. Real companies wouldn't call like this.

A woman with an accent called me saying she was from BT’s tech team. I've had loads of calls like this recently and normally just end the call, but this time I thought maybe there was a real issue with my BT broadband. I asked why they kept ringing me. She said my internet would get disconnected if I didn't sort out a virus on my computer and tried to get me to log in or something. When I asked for my BT account number, she couldn’t give it to me, so I figured it was a scam and ended the call quickly!

This one was a bit different (I've been targeted by scams like this so often I can't even keep track). The person on the line claimed to be from Norton saying I hadn't paid my £146 subscription. Then they started with the usual spiel about my computer having loads of errors. I asked them for their phone number so I could verify my "subscription" and promised I'd ring them back. They just gave me some random 0800 number.

30/12/2016 Got a call from an Asian lady this time, a change from the bloke who usually rings. Same rubbish story about fixing my computer though. She got pretty annoyed and started losing her temper after I kept her on the line forever asking silly questions, especially when I said ‘no, my computer doesn’t have any windows’. When I mentioned my missus is a police officer and asked for her name, she just hung up. What a cow! Was actually having a laugh with my new caller.

About 10 minutes ago, I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming he was ringing from the Windows support centre. When I asked where exactly he was calling from, he said "right across from King's Cross station in London." As soon as I told him that Windows doesn't have any offices that make these kinda calls, he just hung up straight away.
