They called me saying they were from telephone preference management, but it was a bit iffy. Tried to get me to pay for blocking calls, including theirs! Seemed like they were banking on their name sounding a lot like the genuine Telephone Preference Service, which actually does the call blocking for free. Total scam if you ask me.

this number’s called me twice now and they just dropped the call both times, pretty weird.

The phone was silent for a good 3 seconds, like it was auto-dialling, before someone finally answered. But the moment I heard a bunch of chatter from a call centre in the background, I just ended the call straight away.
