11 yearsI've just received a call from this number and had a rather perplexing conversation with three individuals. Their accents were quite thick, making it hard to grasp what they were saying. When they brought up the remote access to my computer, we requested their contact details, and unexpectedly, they hung up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me. He offered to assist in rectifying the issue, but only if I permitted him to access my machine remotely. Fortunately, I’m clued up about these scams, so I played along for a bit! I managed to keep him on the line for three whole minutes before he realised I wasn't going to give him access and decided to end the call! For anyone who’s unfamiliar with this ruse, PLEASE don’t follow their instructions if you get such a call!
