i keep getting calls from this number but whenever i answer, no one speaks. its starting to feel like harassment now.

i keep getting texts from this number claiming its from itv asking me to text “win” back. they say it costs £2 plus your usual network charges. seems a bit steep compared to other competitions ive seen which cost less, so im not really sure if its legit or just some kind of scam!
