I got the same calls and just managed to stop it on my Samsung. I’m using an S6 Edge. What I did was go to the call log and tap on the number that kept ringing. At the top right, there’s a “MORE” option - click that. Then choose “Block/unblock number.” From there, turn on both the “Call block” and “Message block” by sliding them to green. That should sort it out. Hope this tricks helps someone! Cheers, TS

Just had the exact same issue. Managed to block the number on my Samsung phone, specifically the S6 edge. What I did was find the number in my recent calls. Then I tapped on "MORE" at the top right, chose "Block/unblock number", and switched both "Call block" and "Message block" sliders to green. That stopped it straight away. Hope this helps someone! These lot are total scammers, and if they're really linked to Vodafone, then Vodafone should be embarrassed. They rang me again pretending to be from Vodafone about my PAYG account... but I'm actually on a contract! What a bunch of muppets. They need to check their facts before trying to rip me off. Didn’t appreciate being accused of scamming though, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be about my Vodafone PAYG, but I’m actually on a contract. When I called them out as a scammer and a bit of a con artist, they weren’t happy and just ended the call. That’s the end of that, I suppose!
