It’s been three weeks of this annoyance, with calls coming in at various hours-sometimes even twice in a single day, and one of those was to my husband’s mobile. We find these calls utterly frustrating. Additionally, we keep receiving calls from individuals fishing for information that would supposedly take mere moments to discuss. My immediate response is always the same: I refuse to divulge any details over the phone and insist they remove our number from their lists. The number I noted came from dialling 1471, allowing us to supposedly call them back. As if that would yield any results!

Got a call from an Asian guy asking if I was the person on the phone account. I said yes, then he started asking if I wanted to cut down my phone bill. Told him no ‘cos I’m moving. He snapped back saying he heard that last month and sounded really rude. Then he started shouting down the phone like it was my problem how long moving takes.
