Got a call from someone who seemed to have an Indian or Pakistani accent, and they rang me three times yesterday and once more today, even after I asked them not to call again. They were asking for my mum, who unfortunately died years ago. Really don't understand how they got her name since my last name’s different now after marriage. It’s quite disturbing and left me feeling really uneasy.

Got a call yesterday from someone who sounded like they might be from Pakistan or India. They called me three times and even rang again today after I clearly said not to call back. They were asking for my mum, who passed away ages ago. Weirdly, they somehow got her name even though my last name's different since I got married. Pretty disturbing and unsettling experience.

We recently got a call like the one described here. There was classical music playing on our voicemail, probably lasted around five minutes or so. In the end, we just ended up deleting it without listening through.

I just got a call on our home phone from 00015185534006, though the caller ID just showed ‘international’ and I’m not sure that’s legit. Didn’t recognise the number so I let it go to voicemail. Weirdly, there was classical music playing for about half a minute before a female voice came on, saying something like “to save this message press,” but then someone abruptly hung up. Bit odd and a bit worrying if you ask me. Maybe they were hoping I'd pick up to stop the music (which was actually quite nice, sounded like a harpsichord or something). Definitely suspicious in my book.
