I just blocked the number straight away since it was unfamiliar to me. After checking out the comments here, I’m glad I did. Normally, I block any calls from numbers I don’t recognise. Also, I never share my phone or mobile number when shopping in stores. Honestly, why would an appliance shop need my contact info just because I bought a new kettle or something? Seems unnecessary to me.
